I am a vegeterian and don't know how i will gain some weight by eating vegetables everyday!

Maybe you can eat butter as your main meal. (Does butter also count as flesh?)
Butter makes fat.
And sleep as much as you can, don't move if you don't have to, eat as much as you can, maybe more.

Oh thnks admiral to guide me for a lazy life:)
I sleep too much..and have butter(even if it is something done by the product of an animal) in the breakfast.
I will continue to do that :wink:

Hahaha..noo admiral..It is for looking more nice in my clothes,especially jeans!
Being skinny is not a good thing at all!

Gym club is one way of gaining flesh size without being too tired. (Because if your body becomes too tired the body will be thinner)

Do 8 repetions at each device, and don't do more than 45 minutes, because then you train stamina and not Muscle growth. And you should drink that Protein Drink after this 45 minutes, it helps.

yes,i agree with you .If you have enough muscle,you could look to be a good boy,like me ,haha.so ,follow me .let us do some exercise,it is no bad.

i want to have muscles..to carry my luggage alone.I hate the way men look at me while i am struggling with my luggage in the bus terminal

you need regular time to do some excises.That is science.At first, you should enlarge your mind,so you had better read some books about fittness.I cannot tell you clearly just on this paper,you can find what you want from one book named fittness and beauty,or other books about these things,but firstly you should know that exercise is not only physical problems,but mental ones.so ,you should know some right methods.Follow me ,read some books first.
