for uncle bambang: deit is a system for life ,it doesn't mean be huger don't worry about that and u said that ur too old u should take care about ur health and have deit suit ur age.

No I did not just lose weight but I have professionally , in the past, trained people in the gym to lose fat and gain muscle.
