what a coincidence.. We have that article clipped outside of our refrigerator. I guess, it's not gonna hurt to try. I'm a nursing student and I guess there are rationales in the article that applies...

hmmm... Actually I'm not used to drink any sort of water during my meal. Juice sometimes, but it's not indispensable...
I'm used to drinking hot liquids like tea just after I've had the meal, will it work?

two years from now. I'm on my sophomore year now. It's both too soon and far. ^__^

I guess so. As far as I know, europeans drink tea every meal right? But sometimes drinking too much tea a day has its side effects.

I am one of the many who drink cold/ iced water. It's just so refreshing.

Actually that atricle hedwig is talking about.. mom clipped it for me.. so everytime I open the fridge and get something cold to drink.. I would be reminded.. It fails..most often than not..

lucky me... i don't really like drinking cold water & usual i don't drink during my meal.

as my experience, i could get fat easier if drink cold water, so i decided not to drink cold water anymore.
