My most effective diet as a student
I looked into a lot of different diets that fits me as a student. Being a student, of course you don't want to waist your time cooking. I don't know how to cook anyway. Of course, I know how to cook eggs. But, I lack variety, makes me appreciate the days close to my mother.
As a college student, away from your family, you don't want to depend solely on fast and junk food for 4 years. I was looking for the best diet that fits my schedule, but meanwhile is nutritious and keeps me healthy. The best is a combination of everything. Make your weekly shopping, since you won't be cooking, just keep all the basic needs at home. Those include: eggs, milk, yogurt, fruits, bread, rice, water, vegetables, etc. Yet, I still buy fast food, but I limit what I eat and drink, for example, I stay away from sodas and fries, but sandwiches are okay, or your not left with anything else. Breakfast in the morning, a fast food snack at lunch, at home and for the night: fruits, yogurt, and from the rest of the above. For me, this kind of diet works the best, I eat healthy, balanced diet. Consistent exercise is also important.

The atkins diet. A lot of people are concerned about the the high protein and regular fat content. I found out that the atkins diet is still a popular diet and that there are little to no side effects. Transitioning from the diet is the important part. Eat carbs in small amounts and gradually increase carbs back into your diet again so that your body can adjust without putting back the weight.

I think the very intersting diet is the water diet .. it's so easy ... u want to eat any thing but u must to keep the the glass of water near about u ..

I think every person should choose appropriate diet. For example, people with gastric problems has to avoid grain in every day consumption. The most effective diet consists of:
maintain sensible eating habits,
increase fruits and vegetable consumption,
eat milk products and cheese in moderation,
avoid sparking water,
better to use boiled food rather than broil,
of course regime and don't eat at night!!

I'm not sure about myself,but apples don't suppress appetite but conversely exsite it. After apples I want to eat very much.francisjames wrote:One of the most common natural appetite suppressants is apples.

i agree with u Oriani
beside
stop eating junk food practice more and fouce on healthy food
if u were eating when u get anger stop this and direct ur anger to do anther things as walking for example (it really works ) or house keeping the point is DO NOT EAT WHILE UR ANGRY
this my best advices form someone loose 20 kils. by this ways

Eating not too much and drinking enough water... And not drinking coke...And not eating junk food. This is +- OK.

Hello,
If you want the most effective diet to keep yourself healthy,strong and fit then you have to make a diet plan and always take food according to it..You have to quit junk food and all other products having high calories and fats...Do some exerice daily..Its all what i do to keep myself fit and it is really very effective for me...
