I'm Emerson, from brazil. I'm a personal trainer here so I have some tips to u.
The first one is: We have a calories balance called basal metabolism rate. this is the quatity of energy your body needs per day. When u eat more than that rate you become fatter. So is important you to do a negative balance, eat less than your body spends. But, the best way to do that is to eat nice nutrition food and pratice aerobics exercises.
The second one: Look for a personal trainer or fitness intructor in dublin to make u a body composition analys. Therefore u will know about your B.M.R. (basal metabolism rate) and He/she will conduct you to the best way to lose this extra weight.
The third one: Try to choose the physical activity that you enjoy doing. This is the best activity to lose weight.

Eat some low calorie food and go for walk daily. With the help of these steps i also lose 5 KG weight.
