But you don't have to starve!
At first (and it's main) you should drink at list 2 L water every day.
You should do exercises or joggin at list 15 min every day.
You should eat 5 times a day. You should eat a small portion of food.
You SHOULD eat meat (300 g meat or fish every day), but not roast with a lot of oil.
You should eat vegetables (400 g every day).
You should eat grain (grits, buckwheat; rise - not often) every day.
You shouldn't eat after 8:00 pm. It's very important.
You shouldn't eat sweets except a piece of black chocolate but not every day and before 5:00 pm.
You shouldn't eat flour meal and fast food. Foget about chips!
You can eat pasta that made of durum wheat.
Control yourself during eating, don't overeat!
