Do you like sweet food?

I have a sweet tooth, too. This is what they usually call people who love eating sweets. I can't say no to vanilla ice cream, milk chocolates, and blueberry cheesecake.

Yes, I like sweet foods especially chocolate ice cream, chocolate cookies with chocolate chips and macadamia nuts and chocolate cream pie. I recently found out that sugar is like poison to our bodies, so I am trying to leave sweets alone but I am having a hard time doing it.

There isn't any candy in my house and I'm in the mood for something sweet. I'm not really bothered to spend over 30 minutes making something so could you please suggest something that might not take that long? You don't have to say a recipe you just have to name the food. And the 30 minutes doesn't have to include the time its in the oven. Thank you.

I like sweet food too.
For example , chocolate,cake,cookie and candy.
But my favorite sweet food is Japanese confectionery (Wagashi).
It has various variety . And it tastes very good.
There are many Japanese ingredients in Wagashi.
We can cook most of them without oven.

haha you guys be careful about white sugar, it's not natural. Takes more from your body to use it than what it gives you. Read about it on the internet. And really really don't give children sugars, not good for them to get high and low then high and low all the time. :)

As for sweet things, I think, or do not eat too much,
After all, eat a lot of poor health

Off course I really love sweet food.. but it would be break my diet rules..
