Well People have different perceptions on foods and that is why some like sweet foods, but majority of the people dislike sweets foods because of the fact that these contain fats , So there is a risk of increasing fats into body and that is why people have to leave these foods , but i personally believe that if we eat these foods in low quantity ,then there might be no change of overweight . I normally eat sweet foods in normal quantity and have not found any issue of fat over body . So we should eat all foods instead of leaving them .
