I cant affor gym membership right now. I have started walking, 2.1 miles a day does anyone have any free ways, to help kick start my weight loss.What do you think.

exercise have a number less benefit for the human beings. it maintain the body shape. We can control body weight by doing exercise. maintain the body health. to increase the body metabolism. reduce the tiredness after heavy work.
Regular exercise does not only aid in weight loss, it reduces your risk for several chronic diseases and conditions. Finding activities that you enjoy and that become part of your daily routine is the key to a long and healthy life.

One of my favorite things to do I learned in H.S. track. I'll jog over to the track and do a drill where you sprint the straights and jog the curves. It'll get you breathing hard in a real hurry. You can do it lots of different ways . . . how many miles, pace the sprints, faster sprints but walk the curves, etc. The biggest problem comes when you realize that you're dead tired and you still need to jog home. Solution? Dairy Queen!
The most important thing which we should know about exercise is it has it's good effect as well as bad effect. Good effect in the sense, exercise should be performed regularly for better results. If you can't perform your regular exercise it will show you the bad effect as well.
