Running for Fitness ?

Well there are number of exercises which are aimed at fitness and wellness but running is dominant among all that is why athletes as well as sports people like running to increase stamina and maintain fitness for better performance . Moreover, Running is also good for those who are concerned about weight management , You may look slim and well if you get running daily in the morning .

No doubt that running is best exercise for fitness because it is the exercise for the whole body. I also like to do running because it is simplest and fastest way of weight lose.
