I don´t know what is hapenning with me those days.
I swim an hour, after that I go home and take breakfast, only my diet, no much, no few, a regular diet and I do some works at home, not hard work, light housework, very light, and aftr that I go to the office, but at the middle of the day I begin to feel me so tired, I could sleep deeply over my computer. I feel as if my energy go down. And after I take lunch I get energy again. what is hapenning? Could you gime some advice?
