I prefer the pool too :D

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡¡
¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿.........???????

What kinds of things?????

Here at México there is a maraton on the sea. It is on the Acapulco bay. Another is in the Gulf of México, but people need to much condition and resistence.
It is to much for me.
There is a previous competences in every swimming school and it is a maraton of 4 hours. Imagine four hour swimming.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Incredible. Isn´t it!.!!!!!!!!!

well, in fact swim can be one of the most heavy sports to do, you must be concentrated so that you can be able to breath correctly and not loose the rhythm, otherwise you will be tired very quickly... i have a friend that she swims on the pool with me and its fantastic to see her swimming because she does that since she had 12 years old and two times per week, so now that she has 23 you can easily imagine how she swims, my god it seems like she will never be tired, all the time going and coming while im just seeing   and the best is that in the end she says that is not really tired but only more relaxed than before :?

i used to dislike swimming as i had a bad experience when i was a kid :( .. but i had to learn it in school ( it's a part of the curriculum, so my grade was at stake  ) i guess i've survived the sem. and eventually, i've learned to love the sport in as much as i've always wanted to go to the beach.. :D
When all else fails..don't stop.

It is incredible, even if you get a muscle contraction, even if you get tooooooooooo tired, even if the watter is too cold, or too hot, even if doctor -like my doctor- tell you "you must not to do big efforts, don´´t go swimming".

It is like to becoming a dolphin and live in a different world. the acuatic world.
Today, at the final of the swimming class, we were practicing how to swimm in the most deep part of the swimming pool. Some of the girls didn´t know how to do it, and some of us gave them advice. After a long tim, the teacher told us "Ok girls the class had fineshed 30 minutes before, please go home". Ohhhhhh! we didn´t got concious of the time.
