Aerobic for man and woman

Postby Ordina_Lavender » Sat Mar 26, 2005 5:11 am

Hello friends.

Everybody seems to know about aerobic right? An exersice with music.Full of fun.Move your hands, body and legs up and down, left and right .Everybody will enjoy doing this activity. How about you all ? I love Tai-bo, an exercise mixed with boxing and I do it along with music. For me,it is very interesting.
Aerobic gives much benefits to us .Improve our stamina level, tight our muscle, relieve our tension, and the most important is, this exercise also could make our body looks good.
Come on friend.Don't waste your time.Lets aerobic.Play the music.One...two..three..and one ..and two...againt and againt..Practise it. At least three time a week. Huuhh..tired already.
That's all for this time.See you all in my next article.
Please give your comments especially for Arale and Pirate.

thank you.

Really? If that's the case, you can go to http://www.turnstep.com/index.html to check out for the moves. It has new moves updated every day, I think.

I have never gone to gym and I don't like any aerobics even when I am kinda overweight. I am too lazy :)

many students of mine do aerobics everyday, and they seem to enjoy it very much. one of my students once told me:"Teacher Zhu, just take a try, you will become aerobics-addicted!" I asked:"what makes you love aerobics so much? for good health? for a great shape?" she answered:"yeah, for good health and shape, but further, for happiness! come on, teacher, just join us!"

But I didn't. I prefer to spend all my extra time with english stuff. I am an english lover, my love for english is intense, so I have no love for aerobics
