What is the pourpose to go to swimming: get dark skinn or loos fat.

Some good excercise to lost fat:
1.- Take a tablefloat and swimm on your right side as fast as your can, then chage the side. In that way your waist is going to reduce.
2.- Swimm in crowl style as soon as you can, but put your hands closed and hit the watter, in that way your arms would be thinni and strong.
3.- In the position of backcrowl bend your knick together to your stomach and then straight them again, as if you would do abs, you must not to move the arms, they should be near to your body.
4.- With the tablefloat pactice the kicking of crowl as soon as possible. then you ´re goig to have fort legs.
