WINNING OR LOOSING....

Postby Ana » Tue Aug 09, 2005 2:58 am

I love to play badminton, and its the only sport that im into. Though I'm not that athletic, i like watching basketball, boxing, billiard, volleyball and a lot more. In every game that I watched, I have been supporting a team or an individual person. There is that game of inter school basketball league, our school has been a part of it. For the past two games that i watched our team loose, it never offend me, it never get inside my mind to be ashamed of our players. You know why? They are very much competitive, they never play unfair and i know they can do it not only this time. Winning or loosing is a part of our life not only in competitions.

There's a guy in my cousin's friend group that is really serious when he's playing poker with them. Losing or winning on that table is his only thing and you know what, they all hate him. They only invited him once and never again. Sometimes winning or losing is a matter, but you have to reconsider when it's important. When you're playing a game with your friends for fun, winning or losing is not a point. If you're trying too much to win, you'll annoyingly push everyone out of the way since everyone else is trying to have fun while you're taking it too serious. Moreover, winning or losing is not important when the person you're arguing with is one of your loved ones or someone who is not worth to win over. It's a waste of time!
