Wrestling is a useful art martial used in MMA - Mixed Mundial Arts.

Randy Couture is a fantastic wrestler. His takedowns are superb.

Randy Couture is a very good fighter.
I like Dan Henderson.
I think him to be a splendid fighter in both wrestling and mma.
