The reason why I like swimming is because in this sport I move most parts of my body....
arms, hands, legs, feet ... you name it.

Also,.. the breathing control is also a good exercise.......

I find swimming is very relaxing too.... Sometimes sooo relaxing that I fall asleep while reasting after about ten laps {-:

Hi ! The last weekend I started my swimming'class . This is the first time I lear to swim. What advice can you give me? {-;
