I don't think it is the best time to visit Sri Lanka. Tsunami relief efforts are still taking place as the country tries to get back on her own two feet. I'm sure Sri Lanka is a beautiful country but travelers do not want to stress on a vacation. I'm not saying they are not willing to help tsunami victims, I'm saying there are many other ways in which your voice can be heard.
