I am Panamanian and I am studying dentistry in costa rica and the major use that I give to messenger is to communicate with my friends and family in Panama.

In the library of my university , we are not allowed to chat .
That means, all computers have passwords of admins.
We cant use Yahoo messenger, cant download it.
But i have other way

yes,right..at our university also all chat programms have been prohibited..we can use computers,internet only for educational purposes,coz there r some students who dont use msn for improving their language skills,but just for enjoying...thats why...
My college also prohibited chatting, so you could not download MSN or any other chatting program. So I chatted through MSN's website
