The first one,I think the most important thing is that you find the job you love to do ,and so,time doesn't matter.Of course it shouldn't be too too late.
The second,not person but people,I take care of the people whom I love.And there are many of them.
And the last,in my opinion,every job has its own value.Maybe some can bring you a lot of money and some don't.But they depend on each other.Imagine that some simple jobs,for e.x.longshoreman or plumber or so on..disappeared,and it'd entail many problems as a sequence,and we'd live in chaos.

Why would there be an entity more important than another (of the same nature) ?

In any job, finding it is as important as preserving it.
Is there any person which has more value than another ?
