What is your fear and how do you overcome it?

My fear is a fear of height, and until now I still don't know how to overcome it except a promise of don't go anywhere high :oops:

me fear when I feel that I am strange in my home,
then I try to be closer than before

Actually, my fear is not that extreme. I'm only scared when I stand on something high and if I don't feel that I'm protected, I might faint. Thus, I have no problem with the cable cap thing, airplane, roller coasters.

I get scared when I have to stay home alone

. Before, I got scared sleeping with the lights off or sleeping alone.
