I live in Kobe in Japan.Kobe is busy and fashionable city.And many foreigners visit Kobe

What is the meaning the name of your town... do the name "Kobe" have some meaning?
My hometown is Tartu. Tartu is Estonian second sized town with only 100 000 population.... whatever.
