Grammar is it relevant on the internet?

I just wanted to ask you if you have found a place for grammar on the internet. I have witnessed a lack of it.

Also (and I know that this is strange) do you think grammar is important in writing (for example a letter) or is it only important in speech.

I am having difficulty working that out.

well, you can come to Grammar Help desk Section of this website. there is a teacher named Alan there. He can answer your questions.
Grammar is really important in either writing and speaking. because if you use wrong grammar, everyone can misunderstand you, or maybe everyone understands the opposite meaning.
