Im a South Arican, currently have been following the polls in Zimbabwe and it has caught my interest to realise President Mugabe might be holding on to power . Now can anyone care to explain what is a or are 'run off elections' as it has been reported that President Mugabe and His rival will be contesting for the 'run off' Presidential Elections of the country.
