Quantity or Quality?

There are a lot of brands in the world.
However , I don't have many brand products.
Because I think it better to buy many inexpensive things than I buy only one expensive thing.
But I have a friend who has a lot of brands.
She spent much money on clothes , wallets , bags.
And she said "I can't understand your way of thinking".
How about you?

I am more into quality.) I think better to save some money and buy something that will last long, however, among the cheap things sometimes can be found some good-looking ones. But I always check its quality first.

I would like one high quality thing instead of many cheap not so good quality ones.. Especially when it's about tools, but also for clothes and everything else.
It's easier to have less things. I'm envious to people who can live without owning too much stuff. It makes cleaning easier and it's easier to find things.. and it's not so bad for environment too, because less garbage.

I'm a poor man ,and I buy what I need.
I can't spend for brand products, but on the other hand I think good quality is better.
In my view brand isn't sinonym of good quality, or at least is not always like this.
If I were rich, I would act in the same way I act now.
