Hello
Would you please tell me which one of the following choices is correct?
I think either of 1 & 2 seems to fit best.
She was deeply hurt by her remarks,she didn't say anything in reply...
1-although 2-though 3- even though 4- as though

There is only one possible answer if the word goes at the end:
She was deeply hurt by her remarks, she didn't say anything in reply though.
Actually, the above sentence should be split into two sentences, or use a semi-colon:
She was deeply hurt by her remarks. She didn't say anything in reply though.
She was deeply hurt by her remarks; she didn't say anything in reply though.
The other possibilities are:
She was deeply hurt by her remarks, although she didn't say anything in reply.
She was deeply hurt by her remarks, though she didn't say anything in reply.
She was deeply hurt by her remarks, even though she didn't say anything in reply.

Some other alternatives:
Although she was deeply hurt by the other girl’s remarks, she didn’t say anything in reply.
Though she did not say anything in reply, she was hurt by Karen’s remarks.
I believe it helps to differentiate the girl making the remarks from the girl with hurt feelings by either using “other girl” or the girl’s name. There are too many “she”s in this sentence, which could cause confusion.
You could also use “Even though” as a direct replacement for “Although”. The phrase “as though” would not be appropriate in this sentence. You could use it the following way:
As though she were unaware of the effect of her remarks, Karin continued to make them.
