Hi, takami,

Rapport is a relationship that includes familiarity, understanding, and "bonding".

A relationship can exist at any level...

Rapport
Rapport is built with trust and mutual understanding. You may call it harmonious relationship.

Relationship
Relationship may or may not be harmonious. It is an association between two or more people or entities.

Rapport is implying the built trust and mutual understanding.

"My girlfriend and I have great rapport."

Relationship is the state or status; usually implied that it is romantic.

"I am in a relationship with Jessica."

Or, relationship is the satisfactory interactions between 2 things/people.

"We have a good business relationship"
