How to say "is no more good" ("at" or "in")?

My question is how do you say when you are talking about sthg that you are not good to do anymore? For instance: "I am not good anymore to cook" . Here in Italy we say "loose the hand". How to say it in English? Is there any expression to say that?

And furthermore: after "I am not good anymore" we use "at" or "on" doing shtg? or "in"?

Hi brother and welcome
the proper preposition to use after the expression "I'm/not good" is "AT"
eg: I'm good at playing football.
She isn't good at cooking = She is bad at cooking

What about if I have to say " She isn't good at cooking anymore"? is this it? or is there any other expression?

To lose one's touch means that you no longer have the ability to do something well.
e.g I have lost my touch at cooking.
