guys, how do you agree beside "me too"?

well i know negative agreements like "neither do i"
but when i need a positive one it sounds a lil stupid keep repeating "me too", is there any other way to agree effectively? :) thanks guys for helping!

Another way to express agreement could be to use: "So + (verb) + I".
The verb in this reply depends on the verb in the other's statement.

Example: "I play football".
"So do I".

or "I'm Australian".
"So am I".

remember that this form is a bit more formal than "me too" {-;
