What's the meaning of "on" in the next sentence?
What do you say you and I clear the table and bring on dessert?

It means that he is going to take the desert and put it on the table so that people can eat it. It's a slang way of speaking.

The term "bring on" means to proceed with something usually with eagerness. One person is suggesting clearing the table and having dessert. Another common term is "bring it on" which is usually used as an acceptance of a challenge or to incite someone to accept a challenge.
