Grateful if you could read and correct my English below where appropriate. Thank you.

My daughter has a prepaid visa card of your bank and details are

I was informed that she was unable to withdraw money from ATM in Banglore on 2 April 2011 due to insufficient balance. Hence, I topped-up amount NRs 24000 into her account on 3 April 2011 from your Pulchowk branch. After that, she again tried to get from the ATM, Banglore without success. The problem was still same – insufficient balance.

I checked and found from the Pulchowk branch that there was some amount credited on 2nd and 3rd April 2011 from her account without her knowledge. The bank staff suggested me to report immediately about it to the card division. I did it accordingly over the phone on 3 April 2011 at 12:30pm. And I was suggested to write a complaint letter.

For your information she didn’t get any from money from Banglore ATM on 2 and 3 April 2011. So I would be grateful if you could investigate about it and arrange to deposit the credited amounts that were made on 2 and 3 April 2011. Thank you
