How can a person survive well in an organization, if he does not have many qualities?

what's most important is the willingness. willingness to learn and willingness to participate. :wink:

to be survive in organisation the most important is they have ability to manage organitation at least has experience before,
coz if we participate in organisation by spirit only it will not get good result. :wink:
