I love her a lot but she says she tries her best to love me but she can't.
What can I do to win her heart ?

Nothing... It's up to her... You can't force her to love you... Although you can be his friend and stand by her, support her and who knows, maybe someday she will feel something more than friendship for you... But don't try to force her, because you could lose her.

Oh she's Lucky dear, but she doesn't feel that,
I think being away from her for a while to give her a chance to think about you to care about you and ask about you, may be she's gonna feel it when she misses you.
other wise just be her friend because there is no force in love
