African kids

Postby RedRose » Wed Apr 06, 2005 12:12 am

at the mention of Africa, I always think of those poor kids. they look so bony and weak, and I always feel sad. I hope those poor kids can live a happy life in the near future.

Yeah, Dix. Governments just care about their own pockets. It is really a pity to see all those people dying.

I think that it's not only the governement, people from developped countries influence them. Though Africa 'n African people don't lack potential in several fields.

I think we can still change this negative image attached to our continent if we kick it from our heart. If it last hasn't turned could yet. Faith.

would u people (prob americans) stop talking about africa as if its some ubiquitous continet. there r many different countries within it that have different people living there. sa is way different to the rest much like new york differs from ontario. they dont even speak the same languages!!

its insinuated. if u really want to examine why africa and its governments r so poor or corrupt then u would do better looking a little closer to home. the 1st world can only have such a high std of living if africa remains poor. then can they exploit these countries for all that they worth! my point is that most people r so uninformed and make such stupid, careless statments, as if they really care. if they did really care then why dont they stop supporting industries that r crippling the 3rd world.
