Hi Lalee. It is because the life style is not as far as Hong Kong or other big city. Also, People said It is a very nice place to stay, There are lot of thing that you can do to kill time, such as fishing, walking and something that you can't do in the city, like Hong Kong, such as BBQ at you home backyard, brewed your own beer, things like that. Although, the living expenses is higher than Hong Kong or other Asia Countries. It is worth to go.

Chet, I just want to say that your perceptions about Canada are all wrong. We have BBQs whenever we want, are able to brew our own anything, living expenses vary throughout the country and is not anywhere as high as HK.

One thing confuses me, though. What do you mean our lifestyle is not as far as HK and other major cities in Asia?

Just a question, Unknowsu, you, who live in Canada :

do you want that the Quebec become a country ? for its sovereignty ? or against ? or you don't mind.

Hi Unknownsu, sorry, it is typo. it should be "as fast as". My impression to Canada is that it is a slow city and it is confortable

To tell you the truth, I have never been to Quebec so I don't know the going-ons in that province. As much as I would love to visit, many things stop me from doing so.

Our government is so messed up right now, I don't think anyone worries about whether Quebec wants to separate.

Would Quebec survive on its own as a country? It's hard to say. But because I am a pessimist, I doubt it. In short, I couldn't care less about Quebec.

Do you think that Quebec is in a bad situation ?

what do you think about Paul Martin ? the liberals recently won 153-152 face to the BQ. And were not calm, very stressed.

Have you heard about the Gomery's affair ?

What do you think about the NDP (New Democratic Party) ?

Wow, Shokin, I'm surprised you keep such close attention to Canadian politics. :?

Do I think Quebec is in a bad situation? I don't know because I don't know what situation Quebec is in.

Paul Martin is a sniveling, fat liar. He and his government is dividing the entire country. I wouldn't be surprised if the entire nation separates at the rate we're going.

I'm sure every Canadian is aware of the Gomery inquiry and I'm sure every Canadian is aware that the Liberals are guilty regardless of the outcome.

The NDP is garbage. They have no chance of coming to power.

How I see Canadian politics...

Liberals - Corrupt and stealing our money.
Conservatives - Want to waste our money.
NDP - Waiting to spend our money.

Political groups are the same in every country. They're all greedy bastards wanting power. As a tax payer and voter, it's a matter of choosing the best of the worst. So all in all, although the Liberals stole from the people, I would still choose them over the Conservatives.

Yeah ! I am more and more attentive, interested in situations of different countries, not only the mine.

Yes, dividing in order better to "regne" (? being at power place).

Yes, don't you think that the NDP is naive to get near the liberal ? like a slave near his boss.

Yes, liberals are everywhere the same.

But I won't vote for liberal. I prefer socialist or green parties. [If I were Quebecer, I would vote now for BQ.]
