My simple recipes too cook at home:
For main dishes,

2. Rice with vegetables and soy sauce.
3. Rice with vegetable soup.
4. Porridge.
5. Pasta with tomato sauce.
6. Pasta with oyster sauce (Chinese style).
7. Pour the instand noodle to a pot and cook it with vegetables and tofu.

For a drink,
1. Water with a sliced of lemon in it.
2. Sodas in a glass of ice.
3. Milk and chocolate mixed.
4. Fruits, condensed milk, sugar and ice= fruitty smoothies.

For desserts,
1. Microwaved instand desserts.

1. Cook the pasta and then set aside.
2. Mix Chinese oyster sauce (you can buy it at Asian market) with soy sauce, lemon/vinegar, pepper, chilli (if you prefer), and sugar.
3. Fried the pasta and then pour the oyster sauce's mixture in.
That's it. If you want it to be a little bit fancy then cook it with some bok choys, bell peppers, mushrooms, chopsticked carrots, and seafood or beef. Usually I have everything already cut, so all I need to do is mix the sauce and cook the pasta. That's why it's fast for me  .
