"EVER"

Post by pdh0224 »

Dear teacher,

The only incontrovertible fact of my work is the importance of life. I always say that death can be one of the greatest experiences ever.

Q : Can I put 'ever' just behind of "greatest"?

All the best, :)

Well I don't know if it's grammatically kosher but a term such as
"greatest-ever experiences would certaily be acceptable in
colloquial English (notice the hyphen though.)
