I've got some questions about "I used to do" construct:

1. is it possible to write "Used you to work here?" or "I used not to work here" (without aux. did)?
2. how do I should say "I used to do" in reported speech?

Yes, these are possible, both in writing and in speech, but very formal and selcom used.

He said that he used to do.

Or for more clarity if necessary, you might rephrase to something like:

He said that he had previously done.
