Not really, unless you inserted a comma and made it
You mustn't drink so much, and take some exercise!
i.e. an unwieldy combination of an indicative (mustn't) and an imperative (take) linked by 'and'.
Otherwise you need #2.

Dear Alan,
why a comma here is needed? (I thought that we never put a comma before 'and' in the sentences like X does sth. and Y does sth., why here?)

No, we don't put a comma normally, because normally we join clauses of the same type. In this case, however, the clauses are very dissimilar.
