I have heard this time and time again. Not so much lately though. But it seems that a lot of Yanks used to think that Aussies were usually blond. I have no idea where that came from though. Then again, some Yanks used to think that Australia was full of Black people instead of white while a few were even stupid enough to think that it was possible to take a TRAIN from Australia to USA. We can only thank the bridge painter Paul Hogan for Americans new found knowlege of Australia. Sad!

Hey Dan, it was a joke I did to Redrose. Ypu know she said that she were apereance oriented, she declared her love for blonde people, then I decided to do a joke.

Maybe you made a joke but it is true that many Americans thought Aussies were blond a few years back.

I cannot discribe it clearly.Actually,Oceania locates in my impression.Just far from my country(China) ,on the southern of the globe,including Australia ,Newzland and so on :lol: :shock:

I know something about the Maori and the Dreamtime but I can never remember if that is Austrailia or New Zealand which i am forever mixing up. :cry:
I really wish i could get it sorted out because I am always wondering about this, are they sort of in both places?
