.......................
China's largest fixed-line phone carrier recently began blocking access to service from Skype Technologies SA, a European-based Internet telecoms services provider, in the affluent southern city of Shenzhen near Hong Kong, according to the reports, including one in the Shanghai Daily.
They said China Telecom, whose broadband Internet service allows access to Skype, has plans to eventually block the service throughout its coverage area nationwide.

Free chatting in a tough library..............

Postby quicksilver » Mon Sep 12, 2005 3:57 am

In the library of my university , we are not allowed to chat .
That means, all computers have passwords of admins.
We cant use Yahoo messenger, cant download it.
But i have other way
If ur libraries are like ours, try to chat ur friend by this link::
e-messenger.net
Enjoy yourselves
It is rather slow but dont be worried or mad
Anyway , free chatting is the best.
Try to do it , then tell me how do u feel.

My college also prohibited chatting, so you could not download MSN or any other chatting program. So I chatted through MSN's website

 It is very easy to understand Illusion.
We go to the library to study , not to chat , we are only allowed to search and open webs. 8)
If we are allowed to chat, i dont know what will happened.
