Danyet you are more aussie than you think. :D I'm impressed.

I have eaten Lamington's many times when I was a child; but moved onto richer cakes as I got older. But I must admit they are yummy.

I have never made them but I have been told they are really easy.

One of my friends cheats; she buys a square sponge cake then dips it in melted chocolate and then coats it in coconut.

I haven't tried them; I still think you would be better off making them from scratch. One day I will....You should get your wife to make you some. 8)
