Internet Cafes what do you think?

Postby Shazzam » Wed May 24, 2006 8:15 am

For the first time I have had to use an internet cafe tonight; that is where I am right now. I have come down at happy hour where access to the internet is half price for an hour.

What do you think of internet cafes? I personally think what a great idea! 8)

I used it in Vietnam. The connection was slow, but the price was reasonable to me. And perhaps, it was affordable to other Vietnamese that lived there also; I saw the place was alwasy crowded whenever I was there. The price was only 3,000 dong/ hour, which was about 20 cents in dollar 8) .

Definately a ripp off! Especially in Oz. 5 bucks an hour.... Pfft! I could run those Internet Cafes out of business easily by providing free wire-less internet access to customers in any regular cafe/coffee shop . All the customer would need to bring is a cheap lap-top.

You think they're clean.. They all look clean, but all the virus' and bacteria between they keyboard and mouse.. Places you can't get to.. To clean..

Imagine, all the people that use internet cafes, imagine where their hands have been. Dirtier than money, because at least money is held for a brief moment and passed on.

That's true... My bf and I went to the movies last weekend, and before the movie he went to the restroom. I was waiting for him outside, and three men came out before him. When he came out, he said to me: "Those three guys who just came out before me didn't wash their hands! They came in after me, and came out before me." How gross is that?

I hope you guys wash your hands!
