but my mother always asked me to do some sports,but I didn't know which one to choose,can you give me some suggestion? thank you!

To me, sports require a minimal physical effort. I don't know, that's my personal notion about sports. So, to me, chess or golf are not sports. :roll:

People who play chess well are often very clever. You may not have to act physically much but your brain will have to work with the highest speed. So exhausted! :roll:

Golf not a sport??? Have you ever played golf?? One of the greatest SPORTS ever!! Boring as hell to watch mind you. And as for "minimal effort..do you know snooker?? not exactly a sport where you need to be fit.
