but my mother always asked me to do some sports,but I didn't know which one to choose,can you give me some suggestion? thank you!

People who play chess well are often very clever. You may not have to act physically much but your brain will have to work with the highest speed. So exhausted!

Golf not a sport??? Have you ever played golf?? One of the greatest SPORTS ever!! Boring as hell to watch mind you. And as for "minimal effort..do you know snooker?? not exactly a sport where you need to be fit.
