Guys, I need your help with something. Have you heard a song by Romanian band called Akcent? I am taking about this

Before I saw the video, I though that they are singing: Yo quiero un momento contigo
But in the video it says that the name of the song in Jokero. I found the lyrics, and there it also says jokero. I feel stupid because just a few days ago I was persuading my brother that they are singing yo quiero. And what is jokero anyway?
