How to be confident before public?

Familiarization is very important. The more you do it, the more you adapt to doing it.

When I was young I was extremely shy. After teaching, I began to feel more confident. Even then, I hated speaking in public.

On Tuesday, I'm going to present a workshop at a university seminar on Foreign Languages. I'm nervous, but I know my information, I'm well prepared and I know the type of audience.

I find that the worst part is the expectation. Once you begin, it's an adrenalin rush! So, remember this and it will help you deal with the pre-presentation phase.

I am a quiet and instroversive person. I don't like talking in front of crowd either. Maybe I lack in courage and confidence.
