Confucian said "He acts before he speaks, and afterwards speaks according to his actions."
Fine words maybe not stand for fine actions.

Moral is a part of the world out look which control their awareness and action.Their words and actions have to unite from personal life to community life also is helpful. So I agree with the statement “ Action speak louder than words”.
In fact, people often easy to say something but much more difficult to do it. They speak well in conference or public place, their planning is great but really they do not carry out their words.Example Derparment of Trade ‘s deputy minister(in 2004) promised to divide quota for Vietnam companies is clear but he could not do it.
Between ideas and actions, there is a gap because the situation have a lot of trial.When I was a pupil, I would like to become a trader and now, I think it is difficult and depend on factors.Instance is money, knowledge, language…That is reason society.
Alternatively, some people would like to overstate to show off that is not true.They can not be modest is over their ability. In other word, they speak one way and act another.I think it is personal reason which have to commend.
In my view , “Actions speak louder than words “ is not difficult but we try to keep our promise which bring pretigous to us.One person who practice their word is high ethic.I think I stuty to keep small promise to great promise and act not words.

HOWEVER THE FACT THAT MANY MEN NOWADAYS PREFER SPEAKING BEFORE DOING 'COS THEY CLAIM THAT IT MAY MAKE THEM MUCH MORE DETERMINED OF WHAT THEY ARE STILL RELUCTANT TO DO!!!I THNK THAT IS KIND OF SELF -ENCOURAGEMENT.

well, of course that its more important to do something than just say, however and as we can see in the war against terrorism the opposite is not also very good, USA went to the war in iraq without asking or say any think to their allies and as we can see it wasnt the best action to take without hear others opinions
