sport never be bad for health if your body good and you don't have any sicknesses .

well said city young, i guess that we cant never say that sport its not good, of course that has some personal and environment issues that can possibly influence your performance.

taking exercise in the afternoon is better than in the morning. Cause in the morning you have just get up, not get used to making strong movement. So,It is more suitable in the afternoon. But in my opinion, morning is better than afternoon especially for whom lives in city because in the AFTERNOON the level of polution is much higher than morning . When you take exercise, you have to breath a lot to be supplied enough oxygen. So the quality of the air is very important.
