Well, you don´t need to go to a restaurant. You can prepare at your home.
Recipie: 2 abocado
union
lemon
Salt
tomato
one or two green chili (in naturale state)
I know is difficult at Spain get chili, you can omit, but it is better with chili.

Put in al bowl the abocado, without skin. try to crush them with a tablespoon. At México we use a "molcajete" (made by stone). If you get the chili crush the chili firstable and after that the avocado.
put the juice of half of a piece of lemon. mix and add salt. Cut tomato in cubes and union in cubes (very little please) and mix. Your Guacamole is ready.
Enjoy in a "burrito"

Hey Elba, I was trying to find out if we have all the ingredients here in Brazil, so I'm going to prepare it.

Questions:

- What's abocado? You mean aguacates, right? (Do you call it abocado or aguacate in Mexico?)

- What's union? An ingredient? I didn't get it.

- Do you use this green chili?

Thanks Elba, I love guacamole and it seems easy to prepare!
I heard that people in Mexico use to eat guacamole after hot food, because it weakens the hot effect, is it true?

Yeah Oriani and Edumelo, we call AGUACATE in México.

Edumelo what you show is: "Morron peper" and we don´t use this kind of product in GUACAMOLE. the another ingredient is ONION or in spanish CEBOLLA.

this is the correct Chili

Serenella, Guacamole is not a desert, is like a "dip", a sauce that we use to eat with meals. And Guacamole don´t weakens the hot effect, because it contains green chili wichs gives the hot effect.

The recipie I gave you don´t have chili because I understand tht in Europe donesn´t exist the Chili.

Thanks, Elba!
You're right, the guacamole you can find here in Italy is not hot.
I should come to Mexico to taste the real one! :)

Thank you, Elba. I'll try to make it. The only ingredient I don't have is the chili too.

See you!

Aguacate is a very rich fruit.
It has Omega3, that means good to reduce cholesterol levels.
If you eat Aguacate you hair is going to grow and in very good conditions.
You could prepare a mask of Aguacate for your face, and improve the texture skin. That mask is recomendable in case your skin is dry.
